Help
is here for Acid Reflux Suffers
In 1995, Horacio C. Rubio arrived at the Emergency Room fainting with his blood pressure at 54/20. He was diagnosed with Acid Reflux Disease and a Hiatal Hernia. Horacio was hemorrhaging in his esophagus as a result of the damage done by acid coming up from his stomach, and had developed Barrett’s Esophagus, (a pre-cancerous condition).
Doctors told him that he should expect to be on medications, and that he needed to lift the head of his bed when he slept. You see, medical studies have proven that when you are elevated gravity keeps stomach acid from traveling up into your esophagus. However, the recommendation to lift the head of his bed did not work. Horacio would wake to find himself hanging off the bed by morning.
There had to be a better way, after all, we have sent men to the moon!
Then, by the grace of GOD, an idea came!
One morning Horacio took out his electric carving knife and some foam, and began cutting what was to become The Comfort Lift Pillow, a patented, FDA Approved and doctor endorsed Acid Reflux pillow.
In 1999, being advised to sell the pillow on the INTERNET, the dream became a reality. The journey began.
By the end of 2003, Comfort Lift Pillow Co., Inc .had sold thousands of pillows nationwide by offering a range of pillows for mild, moderate to severe Acid Reflux symptoms. International
sales were also becoming visible.
Along the way, Customer Testimonies started coming in. Customers, doctors and medical professionals alike were taking time out of their busy schedules to email, phone or write with exciting testimonies about their progress against Acid Reflux disease with the use of Horacio’s pillow! They were sharing how the use of the Acid Reflux pillow had helped relieve their symptoms and even reduce (or for some completely end) the need for taking prescriptive medications.
These testimonies were amazing!
Not only was the use of the pillow helping them treat Acid
Reflux symptoms non-invasively, but it was also reducing conditions of snoring, Sleep Apnea, COPD, respiratory , Asthma,
third-term pregnancy complications and more.
This patented Acid Reflux pillow had turned into a multi-purpose medical pillow!
In 2003, a veteran in
This brought on a new awareness of the applications for Horacio’s pillow. The VA Medical Centers were treating many veterans with severe Acid Reflux Symptoms. However, many doctors were unaware that there was a patented, FDA approved Acid Reflux pillow available to treat patients.

Millions of people nationwide are affected with the dreaded condition know as Acid Reflux Disease. The daily stresses of life and bad eating habits are adding to the numbers of those already suffering from Acid Reflux. Television advertising is frequently clogged with billion-dollar pharmaceutical companies advertising treatment for Acid Reflux Disease in the form of pills.
However, Horacio states that the idea of his pillow was given to him as an Acid Reflux sufferer so that he could
help treat, non-invasively, the millions of people who are suffering with this
dreaded condition. The adage, “Necessity is the Mother of Invention,’ was
applied here.
Please share this information with your fellow
